Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Cups Flour
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/4 Cup Melted Butter
- 1 Cup Whole Milk
- 1 1/2 Cup Monk Fruit Sweetner
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
Instructions
- PrepareDry Ingredients In one large bowl combine flour, salt, baking powder and protein powder. Stir to combine all dry ingredients. 2. PrepareWet Ingredients In a separate large bowl place butter, and microwave on low in 10-second bursts until the butter is fully melted. Add in room temperature milk, sugar, eggs, yogurt, and vanilla and mix thoroughly until completely combined. 3. Toss Blueberries Add Blueberries to your dry ingredients and lightly coat in flour mixture. 4. Combineand Bake. Add all ingredients together and mix until combined. Spray a non-stick baking tin with neutral oil and divide the batter evenly into 12 servings across the tin. Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
