I received my personal training certification from the International Sports Science Association, and studied health communications at the University of Utah. My life long passion for assisting others has driven me to acknowledge the difficulties in making healthy lifestyle changes, especially in a society that often promotes quick fixes and unrealistic expectations. Our vision in establishing Changes Health & Fitness was to guide families, couples, and individuals toward a healthier lifestyle in the most sustainable and attainable manner for them.
