Hey there! I’m Charles and I am the Co-Founder of Changes Health & Fitness. I received my personal training certification from the International Sports Science Association, and studied health communications at the University of Utah. My life long passion for assisting others has driven me to acknowledge the difficulties in making healthy lifestyle changes, especially in a society that often promotes quick fixes and unrealistic expectations. Our vision in establishing Changes Health & Fitness was to guide families, couples, and individuals toward a healthier lifestyle in the most sustainable and attainable manner for them. I’m currently open to working with clients both virtually and in person, and I’m eager to connect with you!
Hello, I’m Alicia Pigott, Co-founder of Changes Health & Fitness. It’s truly a pleasure to join you on your journey. My passion lies in partnering with clients to conquer their health and nutrition goals. I studied at Westminster specializing in economics and have a wealth of experience in team management. I understand the power of collaboration and what it takes to create a gym that is not just a place to work out but a safe and happy space to be.
In addition to helping you achieve your fitness goals, I am also here as your dedicated nutrition coach. I believe a comprehensive health plan includes nourishing your body with the right foods. Together, we’ll craft a balanced nutrition plan tailored to your needs. At Changes Health & Fitness, we firmly believe that the path to health should be as joyful as it is rewarding. Oh hey there! My name is Kiera and I have a deep love and passion for health and fitness. Not only the industry in itself, but I LOVE coaching! I love helping people meet their goals and I am grateful that you trust me enough to start this journey with me as your coach.
I have qualifications out the wazoo, some of them being: National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Training Certification, Hormone Specialist Certification, Nutrition Level 1 & 2 Certification, Beachbody Coach, Group Fitness Certification, Bachelors Degree in Public Health, Behavior Change Specialization, and an Online Fitness Coach and Nutrition Specialist Certification!
I don’t work all the time… when I am not helping people achieve their health and fitness goals, I am playing! My definition of playing is: running spartan races, water sports, rock climbing, pickleball, traveling, reading, spending time with my family, climbing trees, falling off my longboard, losing card games, and taking naps in the pool!
I promise I am not boring to work with! I make fitness fun, and I hope more than anything I can teach you to love taking care of your body. When it becomes something you love, it will become a lifestyle. That’s the goal here!
